Frequently Asked Questions

I forgot my password. How do I log in?
Click 'Forgot your password?' on the login page and enter your registered email. You will receive a reset link. If the email does not arrive within 10 minutes, check your spam folder or contact the system administrator.
The login page says my password is weak — what do I do?
The system enforces strong passwords: 8–12 characters including letters, numbers and a special character. Follow the on-screen prompt to set a new password before continuing.
Why can I not see a module in the sidebar?
Sidebar visibility is permission-based. Your role must hold at least read permission for that module. Ask the administrator to grant access via Manage Role, or switch to a different role using the role selector in the header.
I selected the wrong session/role in the header. How do I change it?
Use the session and role dropdowns in the top header. Changing them reloads your workspace with the selected context — no data is lost.
What is the difference between PEO, PLO and CLO?
PEO (Program Education Objective) describes graduate career outcomes several years after graduation. PLO (Program Learning Outcome) describes skills at graduation. CLO (Course Learning Outcome) describes what a specific course delivers. CLOs map to PLOs and PLOs map to PEOs.
