Creating a Course Offering Step by Step
Executive Overview
Everything you need to set up a course offering: session, instructor, CLOs and enrollment.
Before you begin
Make sure the course exists under the right program, and that a curriculum is attached to the institute.
Steps
- Go to Course Offer from the sidebar and click Add Course Offer.
- Select the session, program and course.
- Confirm the CLO weights suggested by the system — these control how much each CLO contributes to attainment.
- Save the offering, then open it to enroll students (manually or via the Excel template).
After setup
Add class activities and questions to start collecting assessment data. Attainment is calculated automatically once marks are entered.
