Mapping CLOs to PLOs for Your Course

How to map course learning outcomes to program learning outcomes and why accreditation needs it.
Why mapping matters
Accreditation bodies require evidence that every course supports program-level outcomes. The mapping matrix is that evidence.
Steps
- Open your course from Manage Course and choose Add Course CLO.
- While adding or editing a CLO, select the PLO(s) it supports and the mapping strength.
- Save — the mapping appears instantly in the course mapping view.
Reviewing the matrix
Open Mapping OBE from the sidebar to see the full PLO–CLO matrix for any course and to add or adjust mappings in one screen.
